I have always loved baking! Baking cakes and decorating them for special occasions is so rewarding. Seeing the smiling faces or happy tears when they see a cake is so heart warming.
This passion for food and baking led me to attending Liaison College and graduating with a "Chef de Cuisine" diploma. I have also attended courses at Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts and have achieved a PME Masters Certificate in Cake Decorating from McCall's.
I take great pleasure in showcasing my style and philosophy on the art of special occasion cakes. My cakes are made using my own farm fresh pasture raised hen's eggs and as many local ingredients as possible.
From simple butter cream with delicate flowers to fondant-covered confectionary masterpieces, I will work with you to create dessert flavors and designs that inspire and meet your exact need.
